Register of Exercise Professionals

Any Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer must now be a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.  It's great that there is a recognised body which checks up instructors are continually refreshing their training.  The fitness world is constantly being updated with results from new research, new training methods and inventions of great new kit to use with your clients, so to stay ahead of the competition it's crucial you are on the ball.  You can go to www.exerciseregister.org to check my rating on the website.  I'm proud to say I'm a Level 3 member, working up to my Level 4.

I have been working as a complementary therapist for over ten years and now specialise in working with releasing deep rooted tension, holding and trauma in the body. This may be rooted in this life issues such as accidents, operations, childbirth, long term fatigue or past life issues.

My background as a Personal Trainer provided my grounding in the working knowledge of the physical body which led on to learning massage and energy healing. Then followed my initial training with Andy Tomlinson, which gave me a sound base in Regression Therapy upon which I have continued to build by attending training workshops held by Roger Woolger and Hans TenDam, leaders in the Regression field in their areas of expertise. 

Today I combine this knowledge with the understanding that your body has an intelligence and a wisdom of its own and, with a little help, knows exactly what needs to happen to promote your healing and integration. The aim of my work is to unify your body, mind and spirit.
