One to One

Your one to one Personal Training session is tailored to suit your needs and meet your goals.  Each session is an hour long.  The sessions will include fitness testing relevant to your goals.  As fitness goals are usually measurable, this means we can ensure we are on the right track, and check your progress along the way.  The sessions can be done indoors or outside, at home, work or play.  You can block book a series of Personal Training sessions, or you can simply use the occasional session to boost your current training.  The session content will vary from client to client depending on whether you want to improve your general fitness, lose weight, tone, strengthen or build the muscles, build your core strength or destress and energise!

Group Training

If you would prefer to train with a friend, partner or colleague, you might find that this is the best option for you.  This session is designed for a maximum of 4 participants per workout, and if block booking, must be the same 4 participants each time.  Perhaps there is a wedding on the horizon, or maybe you're entering a race with your friends.  If it's a group orientated goal, this is perfect for you.  You might simply fancy a group Pilates session in the comfort of your own home.  The cost of the session will simply be split evenly between the participants.  For groups larger than 4 please contact me directly for pricing.
